Publisher Account Setup

Creating your account and securing it.

1. Registration

Register to create a publisher account. You need:

Field Required Notes
Full name Yes Your name as it should appear to your operator.
Email address Yes Used to sign in and to receive account notifications. Use an address you can actually read — support and password resets depend on it.
Password Yes At least 8 characters, with mixed case and at least one number.
Password confirmation Yes Must match.
Terms of service Yes Must be accepted. See Terms.
Referral code Optional Only if someone referred you. Leave blank otherwise — see Affiliate.
Two things your operator may require.
  • Registration may be disabled. On some installations the sign-up page refuses new accounts and sends you back to the home page. There is nothing you can do about this — contact your operator.
  • Email verification may be required. If so, you must confirm your address from an email before your first sign-in completes.

2. Signing in

Sign in with your email and password. If you enabled social sign-in, those providers appear on the same page.

  • You can request a password reset link from the sign-in page if you forget your password.
  • Repeated failed attempts are rate limited. Wait a minute before retrying rather than looping.
  • An account can be locked temporarily after repeated failures.

3. Complete your profile

Under Profile in the publisher sidebar:

Tab What it does
Personal Info Your name, email, and optionally company name, phone, address, city, state, postcode and country. Your operator may use these for invoicing, so keep them accurate.
Password Change your password.
Two-Factor Authentication Add a second step to sign-in, using an authenticator app or an emailed code. Strongly recommended — it protects the account that holds your earnings.
Login History Recent sign-ins with time, IP address, country and device. Check it if you see an entry you do not recognise.
Notifications Choose which platform emails you receive.
Secure your account before you integrate. Enable two-factor authentication, and use a password you do not use anywhere else. Your API secret is also tied to this account — anyone who compromises it can read your offer feed and observe your earnings.
