How earnings leave your Preads account, and what you have to set up before that can happen.
Earnings accumulate in your balance as conversions
are approved
|
v
A monthly job totals the previous month's approved
earnings and creates a payout invoice
|
v
If the total meets the minimum threshold the
invoice is queued; if not it is marked skipped
and the balance carries forward
|
v
The invoice is released, either automatically or
after an administrator approves it

Your payout method is sent the funds, net of fees
Because the invoice covers the previous month, earnings are never paid in the month you earn them. Payouts are issued on NET-30 terms: the invoice records a due date 30 days after it is generated.
Your available balance increases as soon as a conversion is approved — you do not have to wait for the invoice to see money. The invoice is the vehicle that moves it out to your payment provider.
Payout details are a standing setting, not part of a request. Save them once at:

Two limits apply, and the higher of the two minimums is the one that counts:
| Limit | Source | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum payout | Your operator's platform minimum, or the minimum for your chosen payout currency — whichever is higher | 50.00 |
| Maximum payout | Your operator's platform maximum | 10,000.00 |
Totals below the threshold are not lost — the invoice is recorded as skipped and the balance carries forward to the following month.
These figures are set by your platform operator and may differ from the defaults above. Check Payments in the publisher area for the values in force on your installation.
Payout fees are deducted from the invoice total. They are charged as a percentage plus a fixed amount, and are capped so that fees can never exceed the gross amount — a small payout will not produce a negative transfer.
The amount actually sent to your provider is the invoice total minus fees, converted into your payout currency at that currency's rate.
Fees can also be set per payout method, which overrides the platform default when a value is configured. Your operator controls both. Check your invoice for the exact deduction.
Two sources feed the monthly invoice:
The monthly total is capped at your current available balance, so an invoice can never exceed what you actually hold. Pending and rejected conversions are excluded — see Postback Setup for how status affects your balance.
In the publisher sidebar, go to Payments → Withdrawals. That page lists each payout invoice with its gross total, the fee deduction, the net amount and its status.

Invoice statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
pending |
Generated and queued, awaiting administrator approval. Automatic release may be disabled on your installation. |
completed |
Approved and paid out. |
skipped |
Below the threshold or above the maximum. Nothing was sent; the balance carries forward. |
rejected |
Declined by an administrator, with a reason recorded. |
Transactions can additionally appear as processing or failed while a provider
call is in flight.
Two separate switches have to be on before anything is paid, and both are off by default. Neither is visible from your publisher account.
| Switch | Default | What happens when off |
|---|---|---|
| Payout schedule | manual |
The monthly job does not run at all. No invoice is ever created, so nothing appears in your withdrawal history — not even a skipped one. |
| Automatic release | Off |
Invoices are created but stay pending until an administrator approves them.
|
A fresh installation has both off, and on some builds the administrator screens needed to approve an invoice or configure a payment method are not present at all. In that state a publisher's balance grows correctly and is never paid.
To confirm what has happened on your side, open your withdrawal history. No rows at all
means no invoice was generated. Rows sitting at pending means an invoice
exists and is waiting to be released.
| Symptom | Cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Earnings are accumulating but nothing is paid out | Work through, in order: the payout schedule is not set to monthly, so no invoice is generated at all; automatic release is off and the invoice is waiting for approval; no payout method is saved, or the saved one is inactive; or the monthly total is below the threshold. See If you are not being paid. |
| My withdrawal history is completely empty |
No invoice has ever been generated. The payout schedule is the first thing to check —
with the default manual setting the monthly job does not run.
|
Invoices exist but all sit at pending |
Automatic release is disabled, so each one is waiting for an administrator. Ask your operator to enable it or to approve them. |
| No withdrawal form or button exists | Expected. Direct withdrawal requests are disabled — payouts are generated automatically. |
An invoice is skipped |
The month's total fell outside the minimum or maximum payout range. The earnings are still in your balance and will be included next month. |
An invoice is rejected |
An administrator declined it. The recorded reason explains why; correct the payout details or contact your operator. |
| Received less than the invoice total | Fees were deducted. The invoice shows the gross, the deduction and the net. |
| Your balance and your reported earnings disagree after a rejection | Expected behaviour: rejecting a conversion reduces your balance immediately, while reported earnings may still include that conversion until the figures refresh. |
